You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law. By using XeNo, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
4. Use of the Service
XeNo is a file manager application that helps you organize, search, and manage files on your device or connected storage using AI-driven features. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the app on devices you own or control
- Use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. File Management & AI Features
XeNo interacts with your files and directories based on the permissions you grant. You are responsible for reviewing and managing these permissions through your device or platform settings.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that:
- AI suggestions (e.g., file categorization, recommendations) may not always be accurate or appropriate.
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any changes made to your files or directories.
- We are not liable for unintended file modifications, loss, or deletion caused by your use of the Service, except where prohibited by law.
You should regularly back up your important data. The Service does not guarantee recovery of deleted or modified files.
6. User Content
“User Content” means files, data, and information that you access, store, or manage through the Service. You retain all rights to your User Content.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the necessary rights to use and manage your files
- Your use of the Service and your User Content comply with applicable laws and third-party agreements
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
